The Sir Trevor editor is something completely different from whatever you might expect from a WYSIWYG editor.
Instead of taking text, applying HTML tags and showing a preview in real-time, Sir Trevor uses the concept of blocks to store various cotnent sections.
These sections can be text, video, tweet, image, quotes or lists.
To the additional built in content block types, new ones can be installed as Sir Trevor extensions or you can even create your own.
When needing to add new content, the user simply presses a special "add" button, selects the desired content type and then adds his content.
Based on his selected content type, a special interface is used to add and format the content.
Under the hood, instead of the aforementioned HTML, Sir Trevor uses JSON to store content sections and Markdown for styling the text.
